1. weathernew.com/DCDS Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") is provided for the purpose of supporting those who hedge risks as their business operations affected by weather, those who develop financial products on the basis of the weather information, and those who deal in financial products on the basis of the weather information.
2. The cost for equipment necessary for receiving information of the Service and the communication expenses, in addition to fees for use of the Service, shall be borne by your company.
3. The Service may be suspended if your company's disclosure of "ID" or "password" to any third party is discovered. In serious cases, we may claim damages arising out of the disclosure.
4. All of the patents (including the rights to prosecute patents), copyrights, rights to trade secrets and other intellectual property rights regarding the Service and programs incidental thereto and so on independently developed by WNI belong to WNI.
5. You are prohibited from transferring, sub-licensing, reselling, distributing, etc. to any third party of the right to use the Service as well as all the materials relating to the Service and copies thereof in any manner whatsoever.

7. Any data information provided through the Service is based on the meteorological analysis and observations unknowable factors. Rapid changes or local geographical features may cause discrepancy from the data with respect to the weather conditions peculiar to a small scale area.
8. In no event shall WNI be responsible for damage to death, personal injury or property loss or damage arising in relation to any act conducted on the basis of the Service or the information provided through the Service.
9. In no event shall WNI be responsible for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized modification of the equipment relating to the Service or unauthorized change of the information provided through the Service by any party other than WNI.
10. The information provided through the Service shall be used and controlled at the responsibility of your company.
11. All the weather information and data provided through the Service is based upon those announced by the Japan Meteorological Agency.
12. WNI shall not be responsible for any trouble caused by extraordinary data or unavailable data, which have their basis on the data announced by the Japan Meteorological Agency.
13. WNI shall not be responsible for any products sold by respective financial institution nor be responsible for answering questions from purchaser of such products.
14. WNI shall not be responsible for any trouble concerning settlement, etc. regarding each financial product introduced on this web site caused by the indication of extraordinary data or unavailable data in relation to the transaction between your company and your customers.
